$500,000 Building Renovation – CSG Partners, LLC Announces Completion Of Several Building Upgrades To Dorsey Business Center

Since acquiring the Dorsey Business Center in 2015, CSG Partners, LLC has undergone an extensive building renovation program, including but not limited to, the following capital improvements:

•  Complete bathroom renovation
• Select upgrades to common areas
• Significant HVAC enhancements
• New elevator cab interiors and modernization
• Multiple exterior enhancements, including renovations to parking fields, building façade and upgraded site lighting
